Nara Narayan Sevasram SanghaOld-age Home
From, NNSS NGO, we are going to open an Old Age Home to provide care and shelter for senior citizens. The senior citizens of our society are often neglected and sometimes, they are thrown out of their family. Their near and dear ones didn’t like them. They will feel lonely and due to age, they will not be able to work anymore. For these reasons, there is a huge demand for old age homes and with this view, we have a plan to start an old age home.
Charitable Hostel
The students who are dedicated to the ideology of Sevashram and wish to make their life disciplined, hardworking person and an active social reformer in their real life, meritorious but unable to lead the family life properly for the scarcity of space economic condition and socio-political condition can admit in the hostel to stay. From the remote areas, the destitute boys and the girls of the backward classes will be picked up and reared in the Ashram with the ideology of the Thakur Sri Ramakrishna dev, Maa Sarada Devi & Swami Vivekananda. We have in mind to expand the hostel for more capacity but for want of funds we are not in a position to do so at present.
Rehabilitation Centre
Rehabilitation programs are going to start to reduce the impact of disabilities on the social and economic life of drug -addicts. The programs enable them to undertake income-generating occupations to support themselves and their families. The Sangha is thinking to start this rehabilitation camp in Bagdah to provide the youth a chance to come back to the mainstream of society. Vocational training programs will be organized to encourage patients to be self-sufficient.
